Congratulations to Ms. Nadeau’s class on their Opening Night “Through our Eyes” at Serious Coffee. Students presented their photography and writing and their displays will be on display all week. Stop in and take a look!

Thank you/Merci/Kleco Kleco to the Sooke Dance Studio dancers who performed for our school on Friday. It was a treat to see the talent of former, current and future students and everyone enjoyed the show.

Dragon’s Den – Creative writing club meets in the main computer lab at lunch

PAC Food Day – Hot Dogs and Sushi. Drinks and other goodies also for sale. Volunteers are needed. Please contact the school if you can lend a hand for an hour at least once per month.

Grade 5 Transition Evening 7-8 pm – Parents and students coming to Journey next year are welcome to attend an informational meeting this evening. Parents can enter to win school supplies for next year and there will be a draw for students as well. Please pass on the invitation and see you tonight!

Exploratories – Bring the supplies and equipment you need. Exploratories are as important as any other subject and are an important part of middle school. You can’t get on the honour or effort role if you don’t attend and try your best.
