Home / School News / This Week @ Journey April 17-21

Congratulations to our students and staff for hosting our Open House night on Wednesday. Thank you to the families that came and enjoyed the many examples of student learning. The evening was also an opportunity for us to get to know our future Journey Dragons!

The Journey PAC is hosting our first ever Burger & Beer Night and Silent Auction Fundraiser at Buffy’s on Saturday May 13, 2017. Tickets are only $15 for a burger & beer. There will be a 50/50 draw and a silent auction with AMAZING items to bid on from all of our awesome Sooke and Westshore businesses. You can buy a ticket at the school office or contact Erika at erikas1977@shaw.ca.  We are also collecting items for the auction. If you would like to donate, please contact Erika at erikas1977@shaw.ca.

Local Food Bank needs our help! Thank you to those who have brought in donations to our local Food Bank. We have extended our drive through to the end of next week with a goal of one item per student and staff member. If you are able, please bring in non-perishable cans and packages. We will be collecting items all week.
